ABOUT OUR VENUE — THE OLMSTEDThe Olmsted, constructed between 1925 and 1927, is located on the campus of the former Masonic Widows and Orphans Home. It is located at 3701 Frankfort Avenue in the historic Crescent Hill-St. Matthews area.

What is the dress code?

We kindly request formal attire such as suits, cocktail dresses, gowns, or evening separates. Formal doesn’t have to mean overly fancy—we want everyone to feel comfortable while looking their best! If you have questions, please reach out—we’re happy to help!

May I bring a Guest?

Due to capacity restrictions at our venue, we kindly request that only those listed on the invitation join us for the big day!

Is there parking available?

Yes. There are large parking lots located on both sides of The Olmsted. For convenience and safety, we also recommend using rideshare services (Uber or Lyft).

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Our ceremony begins at 5:30 PM. We recommend arriving about 15–30 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow for parking and seating.The ceremony will be immediately followed by cocktail hour, seated dinner, &amp; dancing!

When is the RSVP deadline?

The deadline to RSVP is May 5th.

Is The Olmsted Wheelchair Accessible?

Yes! There is a ramp at the front of the building to the left side of the front steps.
